Gunma's Charter for the Stars

October 28, Reiko Chikada was invited to the establishment ceremony of Gunma's Charter for the Stars. The enactment of the charter is coincided with the opening of the prefecture's astronomical observatory and advocates preservation of beautiful starlight against undisciplined illumination. .
