Environment Agency's Counter-Light Pollution Measures

January 19, Reiko Chikada was invited to the first meeting of the Environment Agency's Committee for Local Guideline of Lighting Environment. The committee is going to develop a guideline against light pollution, or excessive brightness from artificial illumination.
