Bunkyo Civic Hall Opened

March 26, the grand hall of Bunkyo Civic Center opened in Kasuga, Bunkyo-ku, Tokyo. Chikada Office created lighting plan of the theatrical hall and foyer of the building. The opening of the theater was celebrated by Royal Metropolitan Orchestra, conducted by Shunsaku Tsutsumi.
