Saginuma-Shohtenkai Street

March 23, the first-light ceremony of Saginuma Shohtenkai Street was held in Kawasaki-shi, Kanagawa, Japan. The beautiful cherry blossoms are seen at this street, however, leaves prevent from lighting and it makes dark around there. New Street Lamps make the street light, and the same time, light up the cherry blossoms' tunnel. To restrain the artificial light effect, light up season was restricted between spring and leafy summer.
