The training session of National Scenery Conference Kanto-Koushinetsu Block Conference 2003

At the training session of National Scenery Conference Kanto-Koushinetsu Block Conference 2003, Reiko Chikada gave a lecture about the lighting plans for Saitama New Downtown area. The students are city staffs and local community staffs who engaged in the scene formations.

Saitama New Downtown area was completed in May, 2000. It is a compound area of governmental agencies, arenas, open spaces, accommodations, new stations, and commercial institutions. Reiko Chikada Lighting Design Office performed the whole lighting plan of it.
