Nagai-city Lantern Market
Reiko Chikada participated Akari Talk session of Nagai-city Lantern Market as a panelist (host: Japan Urban Design Institute Tohoku Regional Block).
At first period, Ms. Motoko Hihara (environmental color science), Ms. Keiko Torigoe (soundscape philatelist), and Reiko Chikada (lighting designer) gave utterance to "The resources and the possibility of local cities". At second period, we shared some perceptions with "The charm and enjoying the local cities" focused on Mr. Sadakazu Kukida (city planning planner).
At previous day (June 26), 21 students of the Tohoku University of Art & Design Product Design Subject performed the experimental trials: they arranged the lantern designed by themselves in along a waterway, and they held a night market in the precincts of a temple.
