Tomi City Hall and Library open

The renovation work of Tomi City Hall (main building and east building) and the new-built library were completed as the primary construction of "Tomi City Hall and Surrounding Environmental Development Plan" (Architect: APL Associates Inc.)
We accomplished a significant energy conservation using LEDs in the City Hall, the chamber, and office spaces.
