The Illuminating Enigneering Institute of Japan 100th Anniversary Celebration

Many people attended the celebration including the Nobel Prize winner Professor Isamu Akasaki and Professor Hiroshi Amano, Mr. and Mrs. Jan Denneman (President of Global Lighting Association,GLA), Mr. and Mrs. Paul Marantz (Fellow of International Association of Lighting Designers, IALD), electric power companies, researchers, lighting fixture manufacturers, architects, lighting designers, and construction companies. Reiko Chikada had a chance to talk with the Emperor and Empress at the party.
