Light Pollution Symposium 2022

A symposium for the general public was held in Shiojiri City in collaboration with the International Dark-Sky Association Tokyo Chapter (IDA Tokyo) and the "Nagano Prefecture is a Space Area" Liaison Council. A survey on light pollution and efforts to protect the starry sky environment and dark natural environment were reported. Reiko Chikada, who participated online using Zoom, said in her closing remarks that a more understandable expression for the general public is desired.
