Enlighten Asia 2023 in Japan

The two-day international event organized by the Japan International Association of Lighting Designers was held at the Frank Lloyd Wright-designed Myonichikan and attracted a large number of visitors each day. The theme of the event was "Beyond Lighting. The keynote speaker, directed by Reiko Chikada, was Susumu Shingu, who creates sculptures that move with wind, water, and gravity. The theme was "Learning from Nature. Beyond the multifaceted discussion of what lies beyond lighting design, we were reminded that light and lamps are both expressions that exist on the earth and in the universe.
