Reiko Chikada and Kaoru Mende gave keynote speeches on the ""attractiveness and importance of nighttime scenery"" using their own works as examples, followed by a panel discussion with Kazumi Matsui (Mayor of Hiroshima City), in which they proposed ways to realize an attractive nighttime scenery that is unique to Hiroshima.
