Makuhari Bay Town H-1-1 Area and SH-3-2 Area

This city planning project with an idea of "forming a city with houses" has established a high-quality streetscape and comfortable residences. It finally came to a turning point in 2006, after 15 years of works since its start in 1991.
The basic design concept of the landscape lighting and the public space lighting is to form the night scenery by building up the soft and glare-less interior lights. The night view of the city is diversified with the unique features of the condominium's entrances.
