BRANZ City Shinagawa Katsushima

It is a large condominium building with 356 households that was certified as “low carbon architecture(few CP2 emission and energy saving).”
Our lighting design realized a hotel like atmosphere that brings relief in urban life,only 5-minute away from Shinagawa Station. We accentuated the spatial extent of the public space including the entrance hall, the courtyard, and the library with a warm indirect light. In addition, the garden lighting emphasized its lush greenery.
