Lights into a Stream Saitama New Capital Front "L-dash" Deck

A new pedestrian deck is constructed along the Seseragi avenue. Inspired by the avenue's name Seseragi (means "small stream" in Japanese), the concept was to create a flow of light beneath the deck. Blue, green and white LEDs draw out flickering reflection of going water.
