Hotel villa "RIZO MOTOBU" opens

A two-story condominium with furniture and home appliances has opened on the beach in Tancha, Motobu, Okinawa (architects : sng DESIGN Inc.).
Four buildings with the same floor plan and lighting design (in charge: Nozawa) but different interiors are lined up. Visitors can enjoy the pool on the balcony overlooking the sea in front of the living room on the 2nd floor.
