Ryukyu Shikina-in Received the Award for Excellence in Lighting Design

Ryukyu Shikina-in, one of the largest wooden temple buildings in Okinawa, built in Naha City, received the Award for Excellence in the 2023 Lighting Design Awards from the Illuminating Engineering Institute of Japan. The Lighting Design Award is given to facilities with outstanding lighting design, and this year, out of 49 entries, seven were awarded: three for Excellence, three for Honorable Mention, and one for the Jury's Special Mention.
