Premist Tower Utsubo Honmachi

This hotel-like high-rise condominium stands in Osaka City's Nishi Ward (Architects: Haseko Corporation; Design supervision: Nikken Housing System; Common area interior: Nikken Space Design; Landscape: Nikken Sekkei). In terms of lighting planning, we realized lighting for common spaces that allows residents to experience spaciousness, comfort, and enjoyment, vertical line lighting that accentuates their presence, and greenway lighting that creates an integrated connection with the adjacent park (in charge: Nozawa).
